- Signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale
- Waiving the outstanding conditions
- Arranging financing with your mortgage company
- Closing the deal

- Review the offer and assist with the negotiation process
- Answer all of your questions and provide to you a list of things that you must complete
- Order a Title Search to the Property to ensure there are no encumbrances or liens
- Carry out all necessary telephone and written correspondence with the Vendor’s lawyer
- Prepare all of the purchase and mortgage documents for your signature and meet with you to sign all of the documents

Selling a home can be a stressful exercise.

- Answer all of your questions and provide to you a list of things that you must complete
- Carry out all necessary telephone and written correspondence with the Purchaser’s Lawyer
- Ensure the discharge of any existing mortgage/lien on your property
- Prepare all of the sale documents for your signature and meet with you to sign and explain the documents
- Send the closing documents and keys to the Purchaser’s lawyer
- Receive Purchase funds from the other lawyer in trust for you on closing
- Ensure prompt payment of same to you
